Industrial Mezzanine Kit TXL 32
This metallic and removable mezzanine allows the storage of heavy loads (for example, pallets up to 500 kg, racks, stackers, safety gates and more useful elements) and enables the movement of hand pallet trucks on it. Its assembly is easy and there is no need of works.
Safety pallet gate
The Safety Pallet Gate, also known as Anti-fall tilting barrier, is a collective security and protection element. Its use is mandatory according to the labour risk prevention regulations. It avoids the people falling while lifting loads to a mezzanine or to any other level.
It works as a rocker: the merchandise is deposited in a position using a forklift and taken away in the other position from inside the mezzanine. This way, one of the railing sides is always closed, avoiding falling to a different level with no need to use harness.
The dimensions of the maximum load to deposit and the dimensions of the gate itself depend on the model, as shown in the main image.

Industrial Mezzanine XL pack 120 m²
This set formed by the mezzanine and extensions TXL 32, allows to increase the surface extending the total length in the direction of both the primary beams and the secondary ones. With this square extension, the surface of the mezzanine reaches up to 120 m².

LED panel light with remote control
It only takes one click to light your space. The LED panel light with remote control is installed with magnets, without using special tools, and illuminates any part of your mezzanine in less than a minute.
This recessed lighting with remote control doesn’t need a switch, it just needs to be connected to the mains. In addition, you can control the temperature and the intensity of the light using the remote control to achieve the desired atmosphere at any time.
The LED panel implies a great energy saving as it has a power of 40W and produces 3600 Lumens of brilliance. It can be perfectly located along the beams of Tecrostar mezzanines.

Public Access Stairs 30º
The 30° Public Access stairs, made of steel, are designed in accordance with the French 'ERP' standard, guaranteeing maximum safety and comfort. The riser or vertical surface is closed, preventing objects from falling under the stairs. The inclination is perfect for foot traffic and goods transport, making it the ideal choice for public and commercial spaces.

The Railing is a modular railing, 110cm high and up to two meters long, which can be installed in any Tecrostar mezzanine belonging to M, L or XL ranges.
Easy to install and safe. The Railing L kit includes steel posts, handrail, intermediary aluminium bar and safety skirting board 15cm high, tube stoppers and screws.

The Industrial Stairs with 63° offset rungs, made of steel, are designed to optimise small spaces and make the most of the available surface area.
The offset steps are carefully designed to offer a safer and more comfortable ascent and descent, distributing weight evenly and providing stability with every step.
Security Railing with Plate
Modular railing 200 cm long and 110 cm tall that includes posts with base plate to install it over several flooring types.
Column Protection
The Column Protection is a security element that protects the columns of the mezzanine against impacts they can receive from the machinery being used near the structure as well as forklifts or pallet trucks.
It is formed by 4 independent pieces that are screwed together, forming a set that surrounds the column for its protection. It is installed around the base plate of the column using concrete anchors. Only two or three pieces can also be installed, for such occasions where the column is against the walls.

Double-hinged gate
Hinged door that demarcates the space for the movement and handling of loads. The purpose of the hinged door is similar to a railing which, by opening its doors, allows access to the adjacent space.
It eases the safe movement of loads between surfaces at different heights. Ideal for industrial environments, warehouses and commercial premises. When the door is closed it does not take up extra space.

Double-hinged gate with safety zone
The hinged door with safety zone, made of steel, is a protection system for users, pallets and loads.
