Safety pallet gate
The Safety Pallet Gate, also known as Anti-fall tilting barrier, is a collective security and protection element. Its use is mandatory according to the labour risk prevention regulations. It avoids the people falling while lifting loads to a mezzanine or to any other level.
It works as a rocker: the merchandise is deposited in a position using a forklift and taken away in the other position from inside the mezzanine. This way, one of the railing sides is always closed, avoiding falling to a different level with no need to use harness.
The dimensions of the maximum load to deposit and the dimensions of the gate itself depend on the model, as shown in the main image.
Double-hinged gate
Hinged door that demarcates the space for the movement and handling of loads. The purpose of the hinged door is similar to a railing which, by opening its doors, allows access to the adjacent space.
It eases the safe movement of loads between surfaces at different heights. Ideal for industrial environments, warehouses and commercial premises. When the door is closed it does not take up extra space.

This sliding gate must be installed together with one of these railings (safety railing with plate, slat railing with plate or railing with safety skirting board in sizes L and XL), as the railing provides the necessary support and acts as a stop for its correct operation.

The Railing is a modular railing, 110cm high and up to two meters long, which can be installed in any Tecrostar mezzanine belonging to M, L or XL ranges.
Easy to install and safe. The Railing L kit includes steel posts, handrail, intermediary aluminium bar and safety skirting board 15cm high, tube stoppers and screws.
Security Railing with Plate
Modular railing 200 cm long and 110 cm tall that includes posts with base plate to install it over several flooring types.

Column Protection
The Column Protection is a security element that protects the columns of the mezzanine against impacts they can receive from the machinery being used near the structure as well as forklifts or pallet trucks.
It is formed by 4 independent pieces that are screwed together, forming a set that surrounds the column for its protection. It is installed around the base plate of the column using concrete anchors. Only two or three pieces can also be installed, for such occasions where the column is against the walls.
