Terms of Delivery

All orders are shipped by an external specialised transport agency. This agency is responsible for the collection, transport and delivery of the products to the customer.


Shipping costs depending on the area and the amount of the order

1) Countries in zone A: Spain (except Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal, France (except islands and overseas territories), Andorra, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Gibraltar, Luxembourg, San Marino and Hungary.

Shipping costs Zone A: Free shipping for orders over 1000€. Less than this amount will be calculated when placing the order before payment.

2) Zone B countries: Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland, Malta, United Kingdom and Ireland.

Shipping costs Zone B: Variable price.

4) For orders from the rest of the world. We can send orders to any part of the world, it requires a previous study to know possible limitations and costs. If the customer wishes to receive an order in an area not included in the standard classification, please contact customer service to request a customised quote for your area.

Delivery Conditions

Since orders are usually large, Tecro arranges with the transport companies to contact the customer by telephone and coordinate the delivery date. This ensures an efficient and convenient delivery for the customer.

- The order is delivered to the customer's address at street level.
- Unloading of the product in the XL range: the responsibility of the customer.
- It does not include delivery to the customer's home, this is the responsibility of the customer.
- Assembly is also not included.

If the customer considers that there may be any limitations due to access restrictions or remote location, this should be communicated to the Customer Service department.

If necessary, Tecro can provide an additional quotation taking these limitations into account. If access difficulties are not reported in advance, the delivery may be stopped until the necessary extra charge is paid, such as additional expenses due to the need to transfer the goods to a smaller truck.

Delivery’ shall be deemed to be completed when the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer acquires physical possession of the goods.

To confirm that the delivery has been made, the Customer must sign the delivery note of the order.

Delivery of the XL range

  • The location where the goods are delivered must be accessible for a long trailer type truck (maximum mass admitted up to 36t).
  • The unloading of the material must be done from the side of the truck and is the responsibility of the customer.
  • The product is delivered packed on pallets at the bottom, so unloading should preferably be carried out with a forklift truck.

Delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and transport agencies.

Estimated delivery times will be indicated when placing the order but are subject to possible delays beyond Tecro's control, such as adverse weather conditions or logistical problems with the transport agency.

Tecro will endeavour to meet the estimated delivery times, but cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays that may arise during the shipping process.

In order to know the delivery date, it is important to know the different stages the order goes through, the dispatch time and the shipping time.
