The Mezzanine TS8 kit is ideal to divide high-ceiling rooms. It supports 200 kg/m² when it is totally extended, so we can put a room or a workspace on it, turning our room into two safely. The Mezzanine TS8 consists of an adjustable metal mezzanine for any dimension, extensible from 3m² to 8m².

- When the distance between the mezzanine and the wall is less than 10 cm, you can cover that surface with the board.
- From 10 cm to 30 cm, it is necessary to use the board flight support. You should buy as many supports as necessary according to the length of the surface you want to cover.

You can make aesthetic modifications, but any structural modification non approved by Tecrostar will be under customer’s responsibility.
No, you don’t. Our products are completely removable and reusable, therefore, they are considered as PERSONAL PROPERTY.
The mezzanines with an industrial usage require neither a building license for their assembly nor meeting the maximum constructed surface limits of the pavillion. As they are removable and hence personal property, they are subject to the same legal regime as the machinery, the racks, the vehicles, etc.
Mezzanines
The key to choosing the right mezzanine is to be sure of how you will be using it.
If you want to use it at home, whether in a cosy bedroom, in a relaxing living room or in a garage to create extra space, you should consider the S or M ranges. The mezzanines of these ranges allow you to create a raised area between 160 cm and 182 cm high.
If you want to extend a commercial space, add a balcony to your garden or create a second storey warehouse or a large garage, we recommend the L mezzanines. From 209 cm to 343 cm high.
XL mezzanines are for larger projects. For example, you can fit out industrial premises or increase your company's productivity and storage capacity. These mezzanines range in height from 235 cm to 380 cm.
Once you know how you want to use your Tecrostar mezzanine, the next step is to fine-tune the details such as height, area and load capacity so that it fits your project perfectly. You can also add stairs, railings and other accessories.
We might have various models of mezzanine that meet the dimensions you need. In this case, follow these criteria:
1- Load-bearing capacity
2- Maximum span (Distance between columns)
3- Beam height
4- Height of the mezzanine above the decking you need
You can increase the surface using the extension kits. Get these kits at the same time as your mezzanine or in the future, when you need more space.
These kits are height-adjustable as well and allow to multiply the surface of our mezzanine.
No, it is not a customised mezzanine but its telescopic design enables an almost customised finish. This system is length, width and height adjustable, achieving the preferred measurements.

In the case of the kits, you can choose the colour of the structure and the railings handrail .
In the packs we have carefully selected a combination of products that we believe will offer you a complete and convenient experience without the need to make additional choices. Therefore, the products in the packs cannot be changed.
Yes, the mezzanine floor is included.
For the S, M and L ranges we use 18 mm pine plywood structural panels, with tongue and groove joints on all four sides.
In the XL range, we use P5 HYDRO high-density particle board structural panels, with tongue and groove joints on all four sides and 35 mm thick.
If you want to install your mezzanine outdoors and take care of the floor, we recommend installing the Outdoor Decking. This product is placed over the flooring of the mezzanine, making it a suitable option for outdoor use. It is the ideal waterproof solution to protect the wood flooring and prolong the life of your outdoor mezzanine. In this way, you can create multifunctional spaces such as pergolas, porches, terraces or carports.
Plasterboard is a low density material, so you can make a closing wall on top of the mezzanine. You can also close the lower part of the mezzanine when mezzanine is indoors.
When the closing wall is made in mezzanines installed in the exterior, you should consult tecrostar, since lateral wind load can cause the structure needs stability kits.
No, you can’t. At the moment, our mezzanines are available just for a single height although some customers install them on another existing mezzanine. In that case, the resistance of the existing one should be checked.
It depends on the beam type, we need to calculate the corresponding surface load. For example, a secondary beam TM15 supports around 560 kg. You should take into account that if we apply additional loads, a part of the bearing capacity of the beam is being consumed.
If you have any doubt about important additional loads, contact our technical department.
Yes. Provided that the inclination is small, we can use a wedge under the mezzanine columns to level it. If the inclination is too small it might be not necessary at all and the slope might be imperceptible.
Yes, you can because the structure does not to be in full contact with the wall. When the walls are irregular or when you want to work around a fixed object, the boards can be finished off against the wall. These factors must be taken into account:
The total board surface included with the mezzanines only covers the maximum surface area of the mezzanine floor. You can add panels to cover this additional surface.
Yes, it is possible to reduce the height but not to increase the maximum position.
To reduce the height of S and M mezzanines, you can ask the technical department for a type of short column. With their use the telescopic and adjustable system is maintained, but the maximum and minimum positions of the structure are reduced.
Depending on how short the mezzanine needs to be, the customer may have to make a simple cut on these columns.
To reduce the height of L and XL mezzanines, a special cut must be made. You can order this cut from Tecrostar and we will send you a personalized quotation.
Installation
You can find an fitter near you on misterassembler.com. This website puts fitters and customers in contact, so the price and the responsibility of the installation is the fitter's. This website is not associated with Tecrostar.
Tecrostar can provide you with an estimate of the cost of assembly that depends largely on the distance between the assembly team and the installation site and the type of service hired (prior visit and measuring, delivery service and transport of goods to the site).
In any case, this estimate must be agreed between the client and the fitter.
Shipping
Don't be alarmed by the total weight of the product, the components are light and manageable, so you can move them easily and take them up in the lift.The heaviest components are the primary beams from the L Range (39 kg), the rest of the ranges are considerably lighter (12kg).The floor panels are very light and fit in any lift. No component is more than 2.4m long and therefore, fits in most lifts.
However, it is important to mention that in the case of the XL range, some components may be a little heavier.
Sometimes, the carrier cannot access to point of delivery due to an extremely narrow street or any other difficulty. In such cases, the carrier cannot do the delivery with the usual truck and he may need to use a different vehicle or extra support.
If the carrier considers that the point of delivery is complicated, request a quotation. If you don’t inform in advance that the access is complicated, the delivery will be paralysed until you pay the extra cost.
The mezzanine floors are packed and shipped by an external agency in a lorry provided with a lifting platform, so that the boxes can be unloaded on the ground. The order will be delivered at street level to the address specified by the customer.
If there are access restrictions, there could be additional costs due to the necessity of transferring the merchandise to a smaller vehicle.
In order to deliver mezzanines XL, the delivery location should be accessible to a truck/long trailer (maximum mass admitted up to 36t). Should you think there is any kind of restriction, please contact us. The customer should take care of the merchandise unloading process. That unloading should be made from the lateral sides of the truck (this kind of truck does not have a back liftgate). We deliver the product packed with pallets at the bottom, so its unloading should be made preferably with a forklift.
At Tecrostar, we offer four types of boxes that are carefully designed to adapt to and protect the products. Depending on the products in your order, you will receive one or the other.
Mezzanine floors in the S, M and L range are shipped in the same type of box. The S and M mezzanines require one crate for each shipment. The L range, however, normally requires two crates.
The XL mezzanines are shipped in two boxes; one for the wooden elements and one for the steel elements.
The rest of the products (stairs, handrails and other items) are shipped in smaller boxes.

Our logistics department packs the products with great care to optimise the space available inside the boxes. Sometimes, smaller products may share a box with mezzanines. In this way we make the most of the space and ensure that everything fits correctly.

Super Mezzanine de qualité, flexible, évolutive
J'ai cherché pendant plusieurs mois un produit adapté à mes besoins. N'étant pas un grand bricoleur j'ai d'abord demander des devis à des entreprises. Inaccessible !!! Je me suis résigné à abandonner mon projet de mezzanine dans mon box qui me permettait de stocker un volume important de choses et stationner mon véhicule en dessous. J'ai découvert TECROSTAR par internet. Je donne mon avis ici car ce sont les avis d'autres personnes qui ont motivé mon achat (on est toujours retissant au départ). Et bien je n'ai eu que des bonnes surprises depuis le début. D'abord l'accompagnement en Français dans le choix du matériel. On voit qu'on a à faire à des professionnels. Ensuite les délais de livraison courts et respectés. Le montage de la mezzanine super simple et avec des notices explicatives très claires (montage en 1 seule journée et seul). Enfin la qualité du produit et sa finition. Ca ne bouge pas, c'est beau et résistant. Je ne peux que recommander ce produit !!!

pleine réussite
j'ai acheté la mezzanine TS8l, avec échelle et rambarde , livrée dans les délais annoncés, en bon état et complet.Le matériel est de très bonne qualité, y compris le plancher d'une qualité bien supérieure aux produits habituels des grandes surfaces de bricolage . La quincaillerie aussi, largement calculée . Le montage est assez facile, il faut bien lire la notice , et les notes, réfléchie à plusieurs, mais finalement tout est clair . Je l'ai placée dans une petite pièce encombrée par cumulus et machines , avec un toit en pente , de 3 sur 3 et grace à la souplesse des réglages, j'ai pu en tirer une plate forme de 200 sur 240, à 195 de hauteur , ce qui offrira un couchage d'appoint . La possibilité de déporter un des quatre pieds est particulièrement intéressante , on en met trois contre les murs , et le dernier au mieux . Attention, on le dépasse sur la poutre principale uniquement ! Je ne l'avais pas compris sur le plan . N'ayant pas la place du kit plate forme, j'ai copié l'idée , voir photo, et cela rend l'accès très facile, et j'ai fixé l'échelle avec les pièces du kit . La rambarde se fixe sans problème .
Deux remarques . Il faut bien réfléchir à l'ancrage murs et sol , ensuite plus rien ne bouge ! On y monte avec confiance.
la fixation du plancher à la structure peur être un peu améliorée. Il est proposé un grand nombre de vis , mais il faut alors percer un grand nombre de trous dans le métal des poutres secondaires...Je me suis contenté des 8 pièces spéciales fournies , à fixer avec la clé de 17 , cela ne bouge pas. Au lieu de 8 en mettre 40, et tout devient facile et rapide . Il faut aussi prévoir des petits calages pour rattraper les 2 mm de différence de niveau entre les parties coulissantes des poutres , rien de compliqué.
En résumé , c'est un très bon achat , je songe même à en monter une deuxième dans une chambre d'enfant !

Fantastic product
I have installed this in my kids bedroom and he absolutely loves it! Took a bit of time to figure out best way to set up but once I got started it was straight forward. You must secure to at least to walls in order to ensure complete stability. I will probably end up purchasing an extension to this as well. Highly recommended and delivery was relatively quick. Many thanks to all at Tecrostar for all their help.

C'est du costaud !
Super produit adaptable aux dimensions que je souhaitais et qui parait bien costaud. Un souci avec le transporteur qui a du s'y prendre à deux fois pour livrer. Bon suivi des équipes de Tecrostar et toujours un excellent accueil.
La mezzanine est sur des bases de piliers en acier, les boulons et vis sont livrés en quantité très largement suffisante et paraissent tout aussi solides.
