Description
The Tecrostar mezzanine allows an easy installation in any surface without works. Its design, unique in market, makes it extensible lengthwise and width wise and turns it into the most versatile mezzanine both for homes and offices or warehouses. The TM15 Mezzanine supports any furnishings: it resists loads from 200 kg/m². It is a metallic structure totally adjustable. It doubles its area from 5 to 15 m² and its height, length and width can be adjusted maintaining the stability.
It is necessary to use the Beam for interior Stairs M to install any of our staircases inside the structure.

Our product is totally detachable and reusable. Therefore, it can be considered as movable property. This feature, always depending on each country’s current legislation, allows its use and installation with no need for planning permission.

- When the distance between the mezzanine and the wall is less than 10 cm, you can cover that surface with the board.

You can make aesthetic modifications, but any structural modification non approved by Tecrostar will be under customer’s responsibility.
No, you don’t. Our products are completely removable and reusable, therefore, they are considered as PERSONAL PROPERTY.
The mezzanines with an industrial usage require neither a building license for their assembly nor meeting the maximum constructed surface limits of the pavillion. As they are removable and hence personal property, they are subject to the same legal regime as the machinery, the racks, the vehicles, etc.
Mezzanines
The key to choosing the right mezzanine is to be sure of how you will be using it.
If you want to use it at home, whether in a cosy bedroom, in a relaxing living room or in a garage to create extra space, you should consider the S or M ranges. The mezzanines of these ranges allow you to create a raised area between 160 cm and 182 cm high.
If you want to extend a commercial space, add a balcony to your garden or create a second storey warehouse or a large garage, we recommend the L mezzanines. From 209 cm to 343 cm high.
XL mezzanines are for larger projects. For example, you can fit out industrial premises or increase your company's productivity and storage capacity. These mezzanines range in height from 235 cm to 380 cm.
Once you know how you want to use your Tecrostar mezzanine, the next step is to fine-tune the details such as height, area and load capacity so that it fits your project perfectly. You can also add stairs, railings and other accessories.
We might have various models of mezzanine that meet the dimensions you need. In this case, follow these criteria:
1- Load-bearing capacity
2- Maximum span (Distance between columns)
3- Beam height
4- Height of the mezzanine above the decking you need
You can increase the surface using the extension kits. Get these kits at the same time as your mezzanine or in the future, when you need more space.
These kits are height-adjustable as well and allow to multiply the surface of our mezzanine.
No, it is not a customised mezzanine but its telescopic design enables an almost customised finish. This system is length, width and height adjustable, achieving the preferred measurements.

B: adjustable every 10 cm
C: adjustable every 10 cm
Plasterboard is a low density material, so you can make a closing wall on top of the mezzanine. You can also close the lower part of the mezzanine when mezzanine is indoors.
When the closing wall is made in mezzanines installed in the exterior, you should consult tecrostar, since lateral wind load can cause the structure needs stability kits.
No, you can’t. At the moment, our mezzanines are available just for a single height although some customers install them on another existing mezzanine. In that case, the resistance of the existing one should be checked.
Yes, the mezzanine floor is included.
For the S, M and L ranges we use 18 mm pine plywood structural panels, with tongue and groove joints on all four sides.
In the XL range, we use P5 HYDRO high-density particle board structural panels, with tongue and groove joints on all four sides and 35 mm thick.
If you want to install your mezzanine outdoors and take care of the floor, we recommend installing the Outdoor Decking. This product is placed over the flooring of the mezzanine, making it a suitable option for outdoor use. It is the ideal waterproof solution to protect the wood flooring and prolong the life of your outdoor mezzanine. In this way, you can create multifunctional spaces such as pergolas, porches, terraces or carports.
It depends on the beam type, we need to calculate the corresponding surface load. For example, a secondary beam TM15 supports around 560 kg. You should take into account that if we apply additional loads, a part of the bearing capacity of the beam is being consumed.

Yes. Provided that the inclination is small, we can use a wedge under the mezzanine columns to level it. If the inclination is too small it might be not necessary at all and the slope might be imperceptible.
Yes, you can because the structure does not to be in full contact with the wall. When the walls are irregular or when you want to work around a fixed object, the boards can be finished off against the wall. These factors must be taken into account:
The total board surface included with the mezzanines only covers the maximum surface area of the mezzanine floor. You can add panels to cover this additional surface.
Yes, it is possible to reduce the height but not to increase the maximum position.
To reduce the height of S and M mezzanines, you can ask the technical department for a type of short column. With their use the telescopic and adjustable system is maintained, but the maximum and minimum positions of the structure are reduced.
Depending on how short the mezzanine needs to be, the customer may have to make a simple cut on these columns.
To reduce the height of L and XL mezzanines, a special cut must be made. You can order this cut from Tecrostar and we will send you a personalized quotation.
Installation
No, our mezzanines are sold with columns by default. We cannot guarantee the resistance of walls or corbels and the customer will be responsible if the product is modified in these cases.
At least two adults are required to install Tecrostar mezzanines, (they do not need to be DIY professionals). It is recommended to use safety equipment such as gloves, boots, etc., to avoid any accidents.
For the mezzanine floors in the L and XL range, a scaffolding or ladder system may be required for work at height and manual or electric lifting equipment for the primary beams, especially if the structure is over 3 m high. All other ranges are easily lifted by hand.
You will need the following tools to install the mezzanines: tape measure, a spanner set for nuts and bolts and a screwdriver (an electric screwdriver makes the job much easier), a spirit level, hammer, drill and a cutting tool for the board (handsaw, jigsaw, circular saw...).
Yes. As they are manufactured with light steel profiles with a high yield point they are very light and the load per column is very low. The only restriction is the storage load on the mezzanine: instead of 200kg/m², it may be reduced to 800kg for the whole mezzanine.
A home with a concrete structure usually supports a point load of at least 200kg on a surface of 5x5cm. The T8 mezzanine weighs 199kg and the T15 mezzanine weighs 356kg, both weights are distributed over 4 columns.
You can install either of these two metal mezzanines in your home, provided that the load stored on them is limited. Ask Tecrostar about the specific features of your project.
You can do it yourself with the help of a friend. It is easily installed in a few hours, depending on the product. The times are a guideline and for assembly only. You need to add the time it takes to measure up, move the components to the location, clean up, etc.
S Range:: 4-6 hours with 2 people
M Range: 8-10 hours with 2 people
L Range: 15-22 hours with 2 people
XL Range: 25-28 hours with 2 people
The time required for fitting accessories (ladders, handrails...) could vary between 2-8 hours depending on the quantity, as well as the type/model of accessory.

Tecrostar can provide you with an estimate of the cost of assembly that depends largely on the distance between the assembly team and the installation site and the type of service hired (prior visit and measuring, delivery service and transport of goods to the site).
In any case, this estimate must be agreed between the client and the fitter.
Shipping
Don't be alarmed by the total weight of the product, the components are light and manageable, so you can move them easily and take them up in the lift.The heaviest components are the primary beams from the L Range (39 kg), the rest of the ranges are considerably lighter (12kg).The floor panels are very light and fit in any lift. No component is more than 2.4m long and therefore, fits in most lifts.
However, it is important to mention that in the case of the XL range, some components may be a little heavier.
Sometimes, the carrier cannot access to point of delivery due to an extremely narrow street or any other difficulty. In such cases, the carrier cannot do the delivery with the usual truck and he may need to use a different vehicle or extra support.
If the carrier considers that the point of delivery is complicated, request a quotation. If you don’t inform in advance that the access is complicated, the delivery will be paralysed until you pay the extra cost.
The mezzanine floors are packed and shipped by an external agency in a lorry provided with a lifting platform, so that the boxes can be unloaded on the ground. The order will be delivered at street level to the address specified by the customer.
If there are access restrictions, there could be additional costs due to the necessity of transferring the merchandise to a smaller vehicle.
In order to deliver mezzanines XL, the delivery location should be accessible to a truck/long trailer (maximum mass admitted up to 36t). Should you think there is any kind of restriction, please contact us. The customer should take care of the merchandise unloading process. That unloading should be made from the lateral sides of the truck (this kind of truck does not have a back liftgate). We deliver the product packed with pallets at the bottom, so its unloading should be made preferably with a forklift.
At Tecrostar, we offer four types of boxes that are carefully designed to adapt to and protect the products. Depending on the products in your order, you will receive one or the other.
Mezzanine floors in the S, M and L range are shipped in the same type of box. The S and M mezzanines require one crate for each shipment. The L range, however, normally requires two crates.
The XL mezzanines are shipped in two boxes; one for the wooden elements and one for the steel elements.
The rest of the products (stairs, handrails and other items) are shipped in smaller boxes.

Our logistics department packs the products with great care to optimise the space available inside the boxes. Sometimes, smaller products may share a box with mezzanines. In this way we make the most of the space and ensure that everything fits correctly.

Hohe Qualität, aber nicht perfekt
Ich bin mit meiner bestellten Bühne sehr zufrieden. Habe das Standardprodukt gekauft und noch Zusatzkomponenten ergänzt. Die Anleitung ist gut und verständlich geschrieben, allerdings hat es bei mir am Fachwissen gemangelt sodass ich teilweiser Probleme hatte. Das Aufstellen der stützen und Träger hätte ich ohne Hilfe nicht hinbekommen. Es benötigt bei der Größe mindestens 4 Personen die die Stützen halten, sonst ist es mit verschrauben und hochheben zu viel Gewicht. Die Bretter waren leider in keiner optimalen Qualität, da ich schwierigkeiten hatte Nut und Feder zusammen zu bekommen aufgrund Unebenheit. Habe das ganze noch verleimt und habe auch noch zusätzlich mir bessere schrauben für die Wandbefestigung geholt. Trotzdem bin ich sehr froh über meine 10 extra qm und habe es nicht bereut diese Investition getätigt zu haben. Vor allem bei den steigenden Mieten.

Politique SAV attention danger !
Commandé la mezzanine, reçu, mais impossible de vérifier tout le contenu sous une semaine (et oui, on peut avoir un travail aussi) -il faut voir la taille des colis ... (et comprendre la logique de montage). Je constate finalement qu'il manque des pièces: tout ce que l'on me propose, c'est de me les facturer pour pouvoir monter la mezzanine car demande après7 jours ! Sérieusement ? Entreprise à fuir surtout, aucune considération pour ses clients !

Exceptionnelle
Reçu très rapidement malgré l'éloignement, montée en 3h à deux. Très solide , explication simple mais faut savoir bricolé. Cela me fait pensé à un meccano géant.
La TM15 n'est pas encore arrimé au mur et le plancher pas posé mais cette dernière me parait très solide. Je ne regrette pas mon achat.

Resultado impresionante
Gracias al genial sistema telescópico del altillo, he podido ajustar las dimensiones de la nueva planta a mis necesidades.
Las buenísimas calidades de los materiales permiten que el resultado final sea maravilloso.
El material llega a pie de calle y siendo una caja enorme hay que sacar y transportar cada pieza en el domicilio.
Las piezas singularmente no pesan muchísimo y las puede mover una sola persona.
El altillo es muy estable, estéticamente muy bonito y queda perfectamente con el resto de elementos de la estancia donde se ha montado.
Para el montaje son necesarias 2 personas y sin particular experiencia.
En el altillo se ha montado una nueva habitación con cama doble y armarios.
Totalmente recomendado!!!

Assemblage avec 2 clés de 16. Tout fourni : kit d'encrage au sol, fixation murale etc.
Livraison en un peu plus d'une semaine avec plateforme qui vous appelle pour fixer le rdv.

MEZZANINE TM 15 Super en prolongement d'un balcon
Je vous ai commandé cette mezzanine et l'ai reçu rapidement, le transporteur ne pouvant pas me livré le jour de prise de rdv , j'ai été chercher sur place le colis , ce transporteur n'est pas loin de chez moi. Donc le matériel est dispo le vendredi 6 Mai, je profite du Week end de 3 jours installé cette mezzanine, ayant demandé l'aide de la famille pour commencer le montage des poutres et pouvoir mettre en hauteur celle ci.
Ayant déjà eu un escalier de votre entreprise, je connaissais le principe de montage de vos produits et la qualités de ceux ci.
En amont , j'ai poser une poutre en bois entre le balcon en béton afin de me retrouver a la bonne hauteur pour le plan de pose du plancher de la mezzanine.
Le samedi s'annonçant chaud(27°) mon beau frère est arrivé de bonne heure et après un petit café et plein d'enthousiasme, nous avons monté le cadre, les poteaux et les solives en 1h30, après le contrôle de niveau et d'équerrage, nous avons fixer la mezzanine a la poutre du balcon pour solidariser l'ensemble.
Ensuite la remise en place de l'escalier, des poteaux, des garde corps et du plancher, le Week end s'est bien passé!
Comme toujours, les produits TECROSTAR sont de qualité et je n'hésiterai pas pour vous passer commande d'un autre produit et faire la promotion de ceux ci.

Montage relativement facile , bonne rigidité
Montage assez facile quand on bricole , l'idéal est de s'équiper d'une clé à choc car beaucoup de boulons et écrous pour la TM15 !
Une fois terminée la rigidité est bien là ...
La seule chose à amélioré reste les vues du plan de montage surtout au niveau des équerres d'angle !Le plan fourni n'est pas toujours top
L'équipe TECRO est tres sympa , toujours dispo par téléphone dans un Français impeccable .
L'emballage de livraison est vraiment soigné et robuste .
Cette entreprise est très sérieuse .
