Description
The tube railing is a practical and sturdy solution for comfortably and reliably delimiting spaces. It has four circular aluminium tubes, which provide strength and a modern design that blends into any environment.
Installation is simple and requires no construction work, as it only needs to be fixed to the mezzanine, walkway or desired surface.
The kit includes three steel posts, four circular aluminium tubes and the necessary hardware for fixing it to the mezzanine. The length can be adjusted by placing the posts closer together, or easily extended using railing extension kits.
It is ideal for homes, offices, shops or industrial spaces. Installation in areas where children may climb on it is not recommended.

We do not currently offer an on-site measurement service. However, we recommend you explore the Mr Assembler website, where you can find assemblers who do offer this service. In addition, their platform allows you to hire an assembly service for the products you need.
You can make aesthetic modifications, but any structural modification non approved by Tecrostar will be under customer’s responsibility.
Railings
No, they are not. However, there are other possible combinations between ranges, in which the performance and configuration of the standard product changes (see diagram).
The Railing with safety skirting board XL is the most recommended for installation on other surfaces.
(1) This configuration can be installed, but the height of the Railing would be different. In addition to reducing the height, the Angular Struts should also be changed. Ask TecroStar.
(2) To install this configuration you have to acquire 1 “Adapter for Accessories in Primary Beam XL Kit”, per Railing Post which is going to be installed on the direction of the primary beams of the TXL30, TXL32 and TXL37 Mezzanines.
(3) To use this configuration, the railings are fixed to the front of the floor slab or a different surface.This option is not recommended.
(4) To install this configuration you have to acquire 1 Angular Strut ( as the same range of the mezzanine) per Railing Post. Ask TecroStar.
This is not recommended, as to cover a space with reduced height (i.e.: attics, irregular/low ceilings, etc.)
We recommend installing the Low Railing instead. This particular railing model will allow the height of the railing posts to be adjusted to the client's taste.
That depends. The railing kits are 2 meters long. You will have to calculate how many kits you need.
The steel parts are coated with a highly adherent polyester paint coating using an electrostatic process. The colors and finishes available for the railings are as follows:
The handrail of the railings and stairs are available in aluminum in the following finishes:
Anodized silver is the only available finish for waterproofed products.
The loft bed and rope railings are fitted with handrails made of solid natural beech wood. In the case of the spiral staircase railings, the handrails are available in black polyethylene or black rope.
Installation
You can find an fitter near you on misterassembler.com. This website puts fitters and customers in contact, so the price and the responsibility of the installation is the fitter's. This website is not associated with Tecrostar.
Tecrostar can provide you with an estimate of the cost of assembly that depends largely on the distance between the assembly team and the installation site and the type of service hired (prior visit and measuring, delivery service and transport of goods to the site).
In any case, this estimate must be agreed between the client and the fitter.
Shipping
Don't be alarmed by the total weight of the product, the components are light and manageable, so you can move them easily and take them up in the lift.The heaviest components are the primary beams from the L Range (39 kg), the rest of the ranges are considerably lighter (12kg).The floor panels are very light and fit in any lift. No component is more than 2.4m long and therefore, fits in most lifts.
However, it is important to mention that in the case of the XL range, some components may be a little heavier.
The mezzanine floors are packed and shipped by an external agency in a lorry provided with a lifting platform, so that the boxes can be unloaded on the ground. The order will be delivered at street level to the address specified by the customer.
If there are access restrictions, there could be additional costs due to the necessity of transferring the merchandise to a smaller vehicle.
In order to deliver mezzanines XL, the delivery location should be accessible to a truck/long trailer (maximum mass admitted up to 36t). Should you think there is any kind of restriction, please contact us. The customer should take care of the merchandise unloading process. That unloading should be made from the lateral sides of the truck (this kind of truck does not have a back liftgate). We deliver the product packed with pallets at the bottom, so its unloading should be made preferably with a forklift.
At Tecrostar, we offer four types of boxes that are carefully designed to adapt to and protect the products. Depending on the products in your order, you will receive one or the other.
Mezzanine floors in the S, M and L range are shipped in the same type of box. The S and M mezzanines require one crate for each shipment. The L range, however, normally requires two crates.
The XL mezzanines are shipped in two boxes; one for the wooden elements and one for the steel elements.
The rest of the products (stairs, handrails and other items) are shipped in smaller boxes.

Our logistics department packs the products with great care to optimise the space available inside the boxes. Sometimes, smaller products may share a box with mezzanines. In this way we make the most of the space and ensure that everything fits correctly.
