This accessory helps you to cover the edges of your Tecrostar mezzanine flooring boards (S, M and L ranges) and contributes to improve the aesthetics of the structure. It is particularly indicated to cover the cuts of the perimeter boards, that may have irregularities in some occasions.
The edge cover is easy to install and enhances the final appearance of the mezzanine. Available in black and white, this profile can also be used to finish the board against the wall placing it inverted.
The kit includes:
A PVC angular profile 25x25, 2 meters long.
Small nails to fix the edge cover to the board.
*If this product is acquired individually, it will be sent in sections 1 meter long for logistic reasons
The products can be located indoors and outdoors taking into account some recommendations.
The material will be delivered at street level (curbside delivery) by an external transport company.

Tecrostar can provide you with an estimate of the cost of assembly that depends largely on the distance between the assembly team and the installation site and the type of service hired (prior visit and measuring, delivery service and transport of goods to the site).
In any case, this estimate must be agreed between the client and the fitter.
The mezzanine floors are packed and shipped by an external agency in a lorry provided with a lifting platform, so that the boxes can be unloaded on the ground. The order will be delivered at street level to the address specified by the customer.
If there are access restrictions, there could be additional costs due to the necessity of transferring the merchandise to a smaller vehicle.
In order to deliver mezzanines XL, the delivery location should be accessible to a truck/long trailer (maximum mass admitted up to 36t). Should you think there is any kind of restriction, please contact us. The customer should take care of the merchandise unloading process. That unloading should be made from the lateral sides of the truck (this kind of truck does not have a back liftgate). We deliver the product packed with pallets at the bottom, so its unloading should be made preferably with a forklift.

It consists of 50 domed blanking plugs made of plastic to plug unused holes in the beams of the mezzanine. They snap into the holes easily providing a snug fit. Domed blanking plugs are available in black or white.

It consists of softwood (MDF) battens that are thin and light, with 50x15mm rectangular section and 2m length that allows an easy installation of any kind of false ceiling.
The battens should be installed against the direction of the mezzanine beams and leave a gap between them of 0.5m. They should be fixed to the beams using the included self-drilling screws. Sometimes the battens may need to be cut with a saw to fit the dimensions of the mezzanine.

Varnish for TECROSTAR flooring boards. Get a natural, soft, long-lasting and easy to clean finish.
It includes enough product to varnish a surface of 2,5 sqm (2 layers). If the surface of your mezzanine is bigger, you will have to add to your order as many additional cans as needed.
