Billing and payment information. Billing address, current account number and bank details. Data necessary to make and complete an invoice. In the specific case of companies in compliance with tax obligations, it is mandatory to have a NIF/CIF in order to complete the invoice. Payment or card details are not stored or collected in our systems, but are sent encrypted directly through the payment gateway to the payment service provider.

Connection data, browsing. In this case we may have access to your device's IP address and device identifier and metadata.

We would appreciate it if the data you provide us with is up to date and accurate. In the event that the data you provide is false, incomplete, inaccurate or not up to date, Tecro reserves the right to terminate the contracted services or any other contract entered into.

3.1. Product sales.

We carry out quality surveys on the contracted services to improve our offer and we design stays using the available tools, allowing you to save your personalised designs.

3.3. Customer Service.
When you contact us through our Tecro Customer Service, either by phone, email or other means of communication enabled by TecroSpace S.L., we process your data for various purposes related to the management and attention of your requests, returns or complaints, as well as to respond to your queries.
