Description
Purchasing a TecroPro Custom configuration is a simple process. A team of technical advisors will guide you through the purchase process in just a few steps.
- Finalise your order / Deposit
Once you have added your custom configuration to the shopping cart, you must finalise the order. Don't worry about the final amount. In this step you simply need to transfer €250 as a deposit. This advance payment allows us to start designing and reviewing your custom configuration.
- Review and 3D Design
Our technical team will receive the custom configuration you have ordered and get to work. They will review all the technical aspects and make the calculations and a 3D design. This will provide you with a detailed representation of the project, which will help you visualise what the final structure will look like.
- Validation and Final Payment
We will send you all the documents (including plans and 3D views) for you to review in detail and if you wish, you can make any necessary modifications. Once you are satisfied with the design and all the details, it is time to pay for the order. Check the payment terms for companies.
- Dispatch of the Material
After receiving validation and final payment, we will proceed to prepare and pack your order. Our aim is to minimise the delivery time. The delivery time is approximately 15 working days.
- Order delivery
The delivery location must be accessible to a lorry (maximum mass permitted up to 36t). If there are access restrictions for this type of lorry, additional costs may apply due to the need to transfer the goods to a smaller lorry. If you think there are any kinds of restrictions, please contact us.
The customer is responsible for unloading the product. The material must be unloaded from the side of the lorry (this type of lorry does not have a tail lift).
The product is delivered packed on pallets, so it should preferably be unloaded with a forklift. For more information, go to https://www.tecrostar.com/content/configurator.

The products can be located indoors and outdoors taking into account some recommendations.

The material will be delivered at street level (curbside delivery) by an external transport company.

If there are access restrictions for this kind of truck, there could be additional costs due to the necessity of transferring the merchandise to a smaller vehicle. Should you think there is any kind of restriction, please contact us.

Installation
You can find an fitter near you on misterassembler.com. This website puts fitters and customers in contact, so the price and the responsibility of the installation is the fitter's. This website is not associated with Tecrostar.
Tecrostar can provide you with an estimate of the cost of assembly that depends largely on the distance between the assembly team and the installation site and the type of service hired (prior visit and measuring, delivery service and transport of goods to the site).
In any case, this estimate must be agreed between the client and the fitter.
Shipping
The mezzanine floors are packed and shipped by an external agency in a lorry provided with a lifting platform, so that the boxes can be unloaded on the ground. The order will be delivered at street level to the address specified by the customer.
If there are access restrictions, there could be additional costs due to the necessity of transferring the merchandise to a smaller vehicle.
