Description

The 2 lamp lighting kit contains two LED panels, a 5 m power cable and a 3 m extensions kit. These accessories can be installed quickly, easily and without any risks. In addition, you do not need to use any tools, as the lamp is installed using magnets.
The LED panels offer 40W consumption each for a performance of 3000 lm. These lamps have an elegant finish, white aluminium trim and 13 mm ultra-thin design that, fitted using the system of magnets attached to the inside of the beams, furnish a recessed look without reducing the clearance height.
The double-sided LED lighting system has a 3000- lumen brightness and 40W consumption, resulting in significant energy savings. With instant light without any noise or flickering, these LED panels are perfect for places where you want to extend the illuminated space, projecting the light evenly at an angle of 120º and without glare.
This kit is designed to generate the electrical circuit for two lamps. If you want to install more lamps you will need an extension and lamp kit for every additional lamp you wish to install.
The kit includes adhesive clips so that you can install the power line to suit your needs. Its quick connect system allows you to install your own circuit without needing to shut off the electricity in your house, as it is completely safe to handle.
The 2 lamp lighting kit is the perfect accessory for your mezzanine, as it includes the accessories required to light the space under the mezzanine. Tecrostar will connect the quick bolt to the lamp, so you simply need to connect it to the power supply kit or extension kit.

Installation: The panels can be placed on any primary or secondary beam of the mezzanine, after placing the 16 magnets included in the kit.

How do I get the product up to my home?

Don't be alarmed by the total weight of the product, the components are light and manageable, so you can move them easily and take them up in the lift.The heaviest components are the primary beams from the L range (39 kg), the rest of the ranges are considerably lighter (12kg).The floor panels are very light and fit in any lift. No component is more than 2.4m long and therefore, fits in most lifts.

Characteristics of the materials

Tecrostar products are manufactured with the most suitable materials for the proposed technical solutions, combining wood, steel and top quality aluminium.

The steels used for beams, columns and other components are fit for structural uses with a high yield strength (S235, S275 or S3555, as required). The pieces are manufactured using maximum precision laser cutting, folding and pressing processes. Next a powder coating is applied and they are baked in the oven, offering maximum adhesion and an outstanding finish.

Anodized aluminium apt for outdoor use
The wood panels used for the mezzanine flooring can be made of European radiata pine plywood or high density structural chipboard. All the boards are tongue and groove on all four sides to prevent faults and unevenness at the joints of the modules.
Other wooden components, such as the steps and parts of the handrails, are made from top quality beech.
