Tecro-Star is structurally based on the Eurocodes:

• We only use materials whose quality is suitable for structural uses (S275 structural steel, P4 & P6 floor chipboards, 8.8 quality screws...)
• We take into account the safety factors of the Eurocodes: safety factor of the overloads’ use = 1’5, safety factors in every kind of materials, vertical deformation limitation (deflection L <300) ...

Other specific international standards are considered, such as EN-ISO 14122 "Safety of machinery"

A totally dismantable and reusable product, and it’s classified as a personal (movable) property.

Tecro-Star has been designed as a comprehensive product, easy to install (about 4 hours), suitable to fit in so many places and possibilities, and its surface vary between 5 and 15m2 (5,45 and 16,35yd2).

The "Eurocode standards" guarantee our design, and the more than 10 years of experience as modular mezzanines installer endorses Tecro.

Our design process has two maxims to set the Tecro’s profile as an designer, manufacturer and installer company of dismantable mezzanines:

• The safety of our Product: calculated by an own software, FEM, and verified by trials in the test area of Tecro
• A comfortable assembly process: Here in Tecro, we all know about complexity in assembly process like this, so the adjustable mezzanine design offers a plenty flexibility and a comfortable assembly. The materials are light and so tough in order to ease installation.
